Section G is in both my 2004 & 2005 policy summaries. I

assumed UHC funded the 1rst band because of my daughter's

severity. At one point (according to the Nifong file, here), I believe

that UHC had a clause on their website stating that they covered

banding for severe cases but I have not been able to verify that.

Now, I just think they cover banding indiscriminately. You guys

keep on 'em!
