I agree that inclusion of cholangitis as a FAQ topic could provide a standard explanation which could be the basis for further personalized comments. I am concerned that a FAQ can get rather long and impersonal, even though very informative - like the article on cholangitis posted Jumputah. Asking someone to read that and then ask questions puts up a wall of requirements that must be met before one gets access to the inner scantum of personal knowledge and experience. That is not something I want to see happening. Our sharing is one of the group's strengths that I want to see continue. As in everything, moderation is probably the key. Keeping the FAQ relatively short with links to deeper more extensive explanations or even this latest group of personal accounts could make it easier to respond to information requests without offering up a textbook as an answer.
