Journal looks good, Zephyr! Sorry to hear you didn't feel well last

night. As they say in my office " It's going around! " Are you

feeling better this morning? Momma says " Get some extra rest

today and push those fluids " . ((A hug to make you feel better))

Sorry you aren't feeling well. I hope you are better today!

I have a question for you.....did you know that the Light'N Fit yogurt has aspartme(?) in it? I didn't know until yesterday when I actually looked. I stopped eating it, because I don't use the artificial stuff. Just wanted to let you know.

I am still feeling weird but definitely better. I have taken your advice and gotten lots of rest, well cuddling and play time with Skyler that counts.
