Guest guest
Hi, I've posted a few times before . . .my sweet baby Mallory is a brachy baby--she's 8 1/2 mos now. We are going to a CT clinic next week (after being told by a pediatric plas surgeon that her plagio is mild). It's just an eval, but they will do full measurements. I am very curious to see pictures of other children with mild to moderate brachy. Also some with facial asymmetry. Mallory definitely has facial asymm, but I was asumming it was due to her left tort. Apparently, plagio can cause this too? Anyway, if your child has mild to moderate or moderate Brachy and/or facial asymmetry, could you direct me to their photo album? It will really help me with comparisons! My daughter Mallory's pics are now posted in case you are interested. I don't have any shots of her head from above--hope to get one in the next few days. Thanks so much--I really appreciate being a part of this group! Tara, mom to Mallory
Guest guest
Tara, Remy had brachy and plagio in a combo headshape. You can look at her progress album in the photos/before and after/repositioned/Remy album. Her starter pics before repo are a 5 months of age side view and a 5 months of age top view. I assessed her to be moderate brachy (#2 Cranial Tech chart) with mild-moderate plagio (between #1 and #2 Cranial Tech chart.) Remy, fortunately, did not have tort or any facial asymmetry. Guest guest
My daughter Jenna was high moderate to severe plagio/brachy. She has before and afters under STARband and Jenna. She was banded from age 9 to 12 months. I hope this helps. Angie and Jenna Anyone have pics of their Brachy babies in an album? > > > Hi, > > I've posted a few times before . . .my sweet baby Mallory is a brachy > baby--she's 8 1/2 mos now.
