Could you have a friend or relative stay with you for a while? You'll be in my thoughts, hon. It isn't. Ask my brother, who has a good job, a stable home, and a remarriage and can't get more than every other weekend even though he tries and has all kinds of damning evidence on his side. Don't let him scare you. No judge is going to give a man with a criminal record and no fixed address full custody of a baby. Joint custody, perhaps. But NOT full custody, unless they find you on a bridge dangling the baby by its foot over the side. I assume this is not something you've done with the other two kids you're not fit to raise? Hmph. Do you have grounds to get a 'no contact' order? What a bastard. He's full of hot air, and he's trying to scare you. He's not got a leg to freaking stand on.
