Guest guest
snip>Thank you, Donna, and everyone...I really appreciate your advice and support. It's day 18 of my period now...clotting more than bleeding...I'm cramping too. Also, I think I'm going hyper again as I have a bad tremor and some heart palpitations that I haven't had since 2004. I'm assuming I'm going hyper again, but could the tremor be from something else? I've only lost 3 pounds in the last couple weeks. Any thoughts? Nothing specific but maybe you need to get new labwork done (TSH, T3, T4, antibodies, etc.) and see what's going on - if your thyroid is whako your periods will be too, but from experience you need to rule out those other things - endometriosis leaves scarring and you want to avoid that if you're planning on becoming a mum! As well of course as avoiding pain! You can't see endometriosis by ultrasound (but possibly PCS - not sure) - it's only 100% diagnosed by surgery - usually keyhole surgery is sufficient. But an U/S is a good starting point anyhow as there can be any number of things in there that can cause similar symptoms - fibroids, cysts, etc. Donna in Oz.
