He's a UC Berkeley student who has Crohn's and is a stamp collector. He used his " Make a Wish Foundation " wish to meet with the US Postmaster General to promote a proposal to issue an Inflammatory Bowel Disease stamp series, similar to the Diabetes stamp issued some years ago.
