Hello Charge Family-

Meg Hefner posted April 27, 2005 that the Research Committee and the Board

of Directors of the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation approved 's research.

I have actually replied to her thrice in April 2005 and again twice in

January of 2006 when she reposted this research project to the list serve.

She replied to my first email she was glad I was interested and would send

me a survey once it was approved by her college. I have not received an

email from her since. I have replied to her again today.

Would someone who has been able to receive the survey please forward it to

me (yuka@...) ? I seem to be having interesting luck :o)

Thanks!

Balance Issues with children with CHARGE

Hello my name is Pucci and I am a graduate student from the University

of State of NY college at Brockport. I am currently undergoing my master's

degree and my thesis is on CHARGE Syndrome but focusing on balance issues

and variables that may affect these children.

I have already contacted some of you either by email or mail to complete my

questionnaire, but I am putting an email out to anyone interested in

partaking in this research project. The questionnaire should take you about

30 minutes to complete and is attached to this email address. The

attachments are in a Microsoft Word Document and if you could just fill it

out and then send it back to me in an email address it would be greatly

appreciated.

If you could not open the email attachments but would like to be involved

with this project, please feel free to contact me and I will mail you one!

If you would like to become involved please respond with your completed

questionnaire by MAY 26th, !!

I would appreciate any information that you as parents can provide.

Thanks,

Pucci
