*YEAH - I GAINED 2 Pounds***

I know you all are thinking now that I have completely gone insane

now...LOL

But it is true, after my RNY on 05/13/02 and now being 25 weeks

pregnant I finally gained 2.4 pounds. I had actually hit

the " Century " Mark on 12/23/02 (YEAH), and now I can say that I still

have lost about 97.6 pounds since the surgery.

To be honest I was a bit bumped after I got off the scale at the

doc's office, but then on the other side I know that it is actually

the little miracle inside of me.

I also wanted to apologize for not posting in a long time, but the

past couple weeks have been very stressful.

The short version is:

Once a week OB appointment - due to cerclage - to have my cervix

checked - including modified bedrest.

DH grandmother passed away the sunday before x-mas - so him and our 5

year old daughter went up to Oklahoma for the funeral. Doc did not

allow me to go.

Then he left on 01/05/03 for South Korea. Courtesy of the Army. He

had gotten his orders in September. So the next 12 months we

(daughter and I) are on our own. He called this morning and is doing

fine. And will probably be able to get here by " Red Cross Message " 1-

5 days after the Baby is born.

Other than all that we are doing fine.

Baby is growing and so am I - I fit now in a size 14 maternity pants -

last time I wore a size 14 was over 10 years ago....when I was 19.

My brain is still trying to catch up on all the changes with my

body...loosing weight....gaining a tummy - but not really

weight....LOL....Not very easy....But we will manage.
