Guest guest
has been in his DOC band for 7 weeks. Prior to our last appointment at CT, I was concerned because it seemed like his band was very low and causing his left eye to droop. At that appointment, they adjusted his band so that it doesn't fall so low, but his eye does seem droopy at times. I took some pictures of him this weekend and when I opened them on my computer, he left eye looks very droopy. Does this mean his band doesn't fit well? Any one else experience this? Any suggestions? Thanks - Molly
Guest guest
Molly, na had an angry eye the entire time she was banded. One of her holding points was right above the eyebrow. It was a very important point for improving her facial asymmetry. When we would take off the band it would go away and there were no ill effects. You can go check out some photos on our family website (see below). She was banded from Oct 03 - Feb 04. Of course I think I asked about it at every appointment! Her first DOC band caused more angry eye than her second so maybe look in the Nov 04 album. mom to na DOC Grad South Carolina www.thefilyaws.commmslominski <mmslominski@...> wrote: has been in his DOC band for 7 weeks. Guest guest
Hi Molly Willow also had an angry eye look everytime the band got adjusted. I think to some degree this is normal b/c of the bands pushing down on the face. Just keep an eye on it, and make sure that it's not causing red spots.
