I felt light headed also but kinda foggy at the same time....my husband said my face looked flushed....it only lasted for about thirty minutes all total with the symptoms easing up as the time went on but it really scared me! This happens to me, especially if I've been busy, then rest, then get up and active quickly - sudden drop in blood pressure and I have to lie down before I pass out and all I can hear if my heart going boom boom boom and I break out in a cold sweat and feel dreaful. It's very frustrating because unless you're at the doc's or have a BP machine, you can't know exactly what it is. Fortunately this happened to me once just before I went to the doc's for an ante-natal check - I was still symptomatic when the doc saw me - for me it was definitely low BP. Donna in Oz.
