hi christy, i know i am measuring big too and we are due almost at the same

time, sometimes the cause for that can be the way the doctor measures, from the

pubic bone up to the fundus, i have a large panni which probably causes a

distortion.. if he thought there was something wrong with the baby being

abnormally larger he probably would have made a bigger deal especially with the

refusal of the glucose test as women who have gestational diabetes, usually have

bigger babies.. so i wouldnt worry about anything until you have seen the doctor

again, if it should be a concern maybe then can order an u/s.

lisa post op lap rny 12-5-1/dr ikramuddin/univ of mn

wt day of sx/233 lowest 7-18-2 148 wt today 1-2-3 161

I am yet another one who is also measuring big. I have also not had a

problem gaining weight during my pregnancy. I am approx 32 weeks and have

gained a little over 30 lbs. Something I am not proud of, but glad that my

baby will be healthy; and I will need to focus on losing the weight after

the baby comes.

Thanks for all the support out there, even though I am mostly a lurker!
