Geeez, talk about rude! I told them my problem and they didn't want to offer any advice just sent me web sites to read. Well, that's all find and dandy but what happens when you don't understand the lingo? Your dead in the water. I have since found a guy willing to try to walk me through it... he just wants me to take some time off and stay off the computer for a few days..... like REGROUP!
