I want to share a recipe that my son not only ACCEPTS but ENJOYS!!

You are all so creative that most of you have probably already tried

it but I would like to share what tiny bit of experience I now

have :)

Combine 4-5 pieces of boneless, skinless DARK MEAT chicken (I use

thighs) with approximately 1/4 tsp each of salt, black pepper,

thyme, marjoram, rosemary, nutmeg and sage in a food processor and

puree. Drop about 1/2 tsp flattened balls into hot olive oil.

Removes when golden brown. These actually look like they have

a 'coating'. And taste good, too. I have tried using white meat

and they are too dry and don't taste as good.

Now if I could just find a french fry substitute.
