If you still are worried I would get the referral. Or are you near a CT clinic or another ortho? A lot of them (CT included) offer free evaluations. Some even take measurements for you. Either way since they see a lot of plagio kids they have a good perspective of mild, moderate and severe. Have you used CT's severity assessment forms (www.cranialtech.com)? They can really help you make up your mind. I thought my dd was mild so did my dr. However, it turns out she was moderate and had tort. I'm glad we went for the CT consult. My dr and I felt the consult wouldn't hurt anything and it was free and they were the experts. Our database hase lots of orthos listed. Hopefully there is one in your area. mom to na DOC Grad www.thefilyaws.com meliq10 <meliq10@...> wrote: She also has torticollis but he said her plag. was so minor he didn't think she would need a helmet, She is also bald so that is how we noticed it.
