Guest guest
Alice, I know the feeling of the baby being stubborn. If it wasn't for my Aunt, who is a ultrasound tech, we would have never of known that we were having a girl. The ultrasound tech at Parkland Medical center in Derry, NH couldn't see anything between her legs. But luckily we went to WV to visit my family and my aunt did a ultrasound for us and told us what we were having. I don't think I could wait this long to find out what the baby was going to be! I hope everything works out for you!!!! Guest guest
I had the same thing happen to me about not being able to see the gender we almost gave up and decide that It just wasnt meant to be. They found a cleft lip on the baby so I have to have an ultrasound about every 3 weeks to make sure everything is ok because I didnt want to have an amino done. In my last post to you I told you that and I went to have a 3D ultrasound done to see what the baby looks like and there they were able to see the gender. The doctor didnt need to know I had it done. It is not guaranteed because it depends on the position. Dont go anywhere that says that they can guarantee you a gender type because its not possible unless the baby is willing. Let me know if you are interested in the 3D I'll tell you about it, the best time to have it I was told is 22 - 26 weeks , so where in between those weeks. I'm so glad we had it done, because we could see our baby's face and be a little more prepared for the cleft lip. Dont worry if your baby wants you to know it will show you.....LOL... Guest guest
Alice, Darnit! What a stubborn little bundle. That is how my daughter was too, she had her legs crossed all the time. My SON on the other hand, had it ALL out there during EVERY ultrasound lol...... I am glad that the baby is healthy and there IS no reason or another ultrasound, but wish you luck finding a place to do it for gender purposes. Marcy Alice's Baby Gender Hi all, Well, we went for the second ultrasound today, and it looks like our precious bundle of joy is a stubborn little bean. They were able to get the views they needed of the heart, face, lower spine and hands, but not even a glimpse between the legs! Argh!! I've heard that it's technically illegal in MA for places to do a " recreational " ultrasound, but that some places still do it. Guest guest
they were in RI but just moved to Fall River in MA. They are called Baby or babies 1st impressions. I do believe that they have a website it either under baby or babies 1st impressions. They owner is very---- very nice....If you go tell her that you are recommend from me Rose Love and my baby is the one that has a cleft lip and that I belong to the gastric bypass website. she was so nice , she gave us a lot more pictures than we were suppose to get . We only paid for 6 but we got about 10- 13 and 4 color ones. She wont give you a break in the price but she just might give you some extra pictures. She was great and I recommend her to anyone in the area. cost was about 130 - 140.00 with a video.let me know if you cannt find it I have there number somewhere. IT wont be a problem to find it for you. rose edd 02-14-03 > > > Hi all, > > > > > > Well, we went for the second ultrasound today, and it looks like our > > > precious bundle of joy is a stubborn little bean.
