a year and a half ago i had a total thyroidectomy.

these are my current lab values:

Free T4 1.27 range (0.61-1.76)

Free T3 2.7 range (2.3-4.2)

TSH 0.151 previous 0.521 range 0.350 - 5.500

i usually eat something for breakfast, something about 11:30 for

lunch, something for snack about 3:30 or so then dinner about 6 then

snack before bed.

currently i am taking a multivitamin but no extra selenium.

i rarely eat soy and high fructose corn syrup.

what else can help or hinder conversion of T4 to T3?

i went from 150 mcg synthroid to 125 mcg synthroid about 2 weeks ago.

am having crying spells.

don't know if this change can elicit changes so quickly. what do you

think?

anyone else have this happen?

thanks for any help...

ginger.
