I am not very trendy either, when something new comes along, I tend to be among the last to try it for Jess - kind of like I let everyone else experiment with it first LOL I really want to see what it does and doesn't do for others, I have a friend who use to be on this list, whose son has been on the diet about 7 yrs I geuss, she is amazing and does a LOT of research. Ask her, it will take forever before I will jump at anything. And so with the carnosine I really waited it out. And checked out a lot of links on it, got a lot of stories from others and got all the info I could before presenting it to dr. Now I am not saying this is it, the magic bullet (unfortunately I really believe, I know, there is no such thing, how I wish there were!) but I do think it can be a piece of the puzzle for some. No guarantee its going to work for every child, but I have yet to hear one negative reaction to it, with the exception of the not sleeping issue which I have heard a few times, also with some kids hyperness, seems dose related. Anyway, just wanted to pass on my thoughts. , 's mom
