Guest guest
Bill, Thanks for the ideas. We're at 4 pretty small meals already so I don't know if we can go any smaller. She is on 860 calories. Each meal is a battle- not sure if I can handle adding two more.... I will try the lighter oils and soda water and see how that goes. Thanks so much for all of the great ideas! I really appreciate it! > > Hello all. I am finished whining (for now) and am back on the trail of > > finding out what is up with Langan. Guest guest
For a small child, you should be on 3 meals and 2 snacks as a minimum. So 6 meals would be not much different and especially desirable to battle reflux. 860 calories sounds reasonable. You may want to adjust that if weight is changing or ketones are not high enough. Keep accurate records of height and weight. Use an accurate scale, preferably the same scale each time and I like the kind with the sliding weights. Then you can hold your child and deduct your weight. langansmom wrote: > Bill, > > Thanks for the ideas. We're at 4 pretty small meals already so I > don't know if we can go any smaller.
