Guest guest Posted June 22, 2003 Report Share Posted June 22, 2003 Well, I weighed myself today, this is my second week on my eating plan. The first week I lost three pounds and was so psyched. This week I went back up to my original weight :-( I was sooooo disappointed, especially since I've really been following my eating plan. I guess, for a while, I need to not take that one day off. Maybe I can up the exercise too. I've been slacking off a little, not walking yesterday because it poured all day.
