Guest guest
This is Putter's first ATEC after potty training. I. Speech/Language/Communication: 12 II. Sociability: 16 III. Sensory/Cognitive Awareness: 12 IV. Health/Physical/Behavior: 16 Total ATEC Summary Score: 56 It's dropping, but he's still autistic. Somehow I don't think that will change. Guest guest
At age 3 Boone was about 140. The last time I did it, he was around 100 or so. I'm going to do it again, just haven't had time since the in-laws are in town.... By the way, we almost made it through today's trip to the restaurant when she said, " I think he's coming out of it. " That was after he counted to 200 and something by threes. Whatever you say, lady. Boone has more " autistic " symptoms than my 22YO nephew who is low-functioning, nonverbal and mentally retarded. I think there's a difference between severity of symptoms (severe autism) and level of functioning. I think IQ has everything to do with level of functioning. I think 180 is the highest on the ATEC. They used to have a scale that they showed after giving you the score, but it probably upset people too much so they removed it. Sissi Re: Re: ATEC scores > > So then, what would you call 100? 150? Guest guest
> I found the scale. There is a second way to get to the test on the page (I messed around with the URL to see what else was on the page) that has the scale. I can't find it!
