Guest guest
I feel nauseated if I don't eat within 5 min of taking URSO or Actigall- I get an acid stomach and feel like it's going to come up. This is lessened by taking calcium and/or food at the same time. Note that some antacids interact with Ursodiol; the warning should be with the prescription. But TUMS or calcium carbonate is OK. I hope Caity feels better. Talk to her doctor about whether Urso or her illnesses are the culprit. You may need to experiment with starting or stopping the drug, ramping up, taking it spread out over the day, etc. Martha 43, UC 1979, PSC 1992 > > > I just have a quick question about URSO.
