I really haven't done anything special for myself (went to a baseball game w/ DH - tickets were my present from my brother, and went to a movie - America's Sweethearts - w/ my mom and best friend on Tuesday), which is one of the reason's I am looking forward to the weekend. I will get to go shopping and spend the gift cert. I got from my FIL and his wife! I haven't been shopping w/out Ross in ages, and it is awfully hard to try on clothes w/ a 5 year old (as i'm sure you well know!). At least Matt will stay put in his stroller ! I am not worried about during the day (and not really worried about at night either) as we have lived in the neighborhood a long time and I know my neighbors watch my house and wouldn't hesitate to call the police if they thought anything weird was going on. The houses are close together so the neighbors would hear if anyone were trying to break in and I have a phone right next to my bed. Maybe it's all the heat and humidity, we are retaining water or something - that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
