Christy,

I am almost 27 weeks and have been measuring big as well...The Doc isn't too

concerned about it, but I just wanted to let you know you aren't alone out

there in being " big " . Also, I haven't gained any weight with this pregnancy,

just lost a lot!

Hello Ladies, I am not really new to the group. I read all of your

posts and love the wisdom that you all have to share. I am

wondering if any of you have had a similar situation. I went in for

my 27th week check-up and the doctor did his normal chit chat stuff

and he measured me to be at 32 weeks. Ok well I should have caught

this miss measurement then but I was just getting off of the road

from a 4 hour trip and my babyhiemers was really kicking in. LOL!!

Anyway I did call his office when I got home because it had finally

sunk in that I was only 27 weeks and not 32. I spoke with a nurse

who was just about as confused and said that I was probably just

measured incorrectly and to keep my appointment in twoo weeks. That

would be for this afternoon. I also have onyl gained 7lbs. so far

and had gained nothing from my 23rd week to the 27th week check-up

so I was really concerned. I am 1 1/2 years pot-op from RNY and

have lost approximatly 180lbs. Any advise would be greatly

appreciated. Thanks for reading this post. I did post this message

earlier but it is not showing up so I reposted. Thanks Again

When I had my daughter 2 years ago, they kept telling me she was

going to be a 9-10 pounder. She was born exactly on her due date and

only weighed 6 lbs 13 oz. They said I must have been carrying extra

fluid around. I wouldn't be too worried about it.
