Guest guest Posted February 5, 2005 Report Share Posted February 5, 2005 I have some questions about Methyl B-12: 1)What is the difference between Methyl B-12 and regular B-12? 2)Does methyl B-12 come in Capsules, or is it only shots? 3)Assuming Methyl B-12 is better than regular B-12, and assuming it comes in capsules, where can I get them?
