I think it is completely possible if you are patient. Remember, there are mom's who adopt and actually nurse their babies. You can do it...your hormones are still rolling around. Good for you! Whether you did or not, since you want to breastfeed you need to get a pump, and start using it to stimulate your breasts. You will probably also want a supplemental nursing system for administering supplemental formula at the breast while your daughter is getting used to nursing at the breast and helping you to build your supply. You can also check with your OB or your pediatrician about medication for you to take. Fenugreek tablets, brewer's yeast flakes, and Mother's Milk tea are all frequently recommended for increasing supply--but once it has started--these won't start it w/o breast stimulation.
