Guest guest
Alot of what I have been experiencing for several years is extreme fatigue and muscle weakness. specifically, my arms shake and give out after about 30 seconds of blow_drying my hair, I become breathless after climbing half a flight of stairs and my leg muscles shake/feel like they are going to give out. My leg muscles are usually like this most of day, to a lesser extent, just walking. I shoveled snow the other day and my hands and wrists became weak and felt very painful. I find it increasingly hard to open cans with a can-opoener, or open a package sent in the mail (pulling at the packaging tape). Most of my life, I have been inordinately strong for a woman and this lack of strength is VERY unusual for me. I cleaned my car this weekend and it sent me into a tailspin after I was finished! I needed to sit down immediately, as if I had just run a marathon. As this is not an activity that is strenuous, this was VERY concerning to me and made me break down in tears. I am only 35 and in the past 4 years feel like I've developed the endurance of a 90 year old. I have MANY other symptoms, but want to keep this short. Any other stories od symptoms would be GREATLY aprreciated!!!!! I am very worried that something else may be happening/developing concurrently. Something neurological like MS.
