Barbara,

Congratulations! You must be still beaming. I know that when my kids achieve

something wonderful, I smile for hours. The little things (like the Yankees

losing) just pales by comparison. (grin).

I know that when Ian tested for his red belt I was amazed as to where he

could put his feet and how quickly. And watching these little guys break boards

is, well ... amazing. Ian dropped out of karate for a couple years and has

just recently started up again. He obviously lost ground as far as the belting

stuff goes, but it's still amazing to watch the feet fly around!

Give the boys extra congrats and hugs from us!

Best -- Jill

That is really great Barbara. Isnt it wonderful to see our children

succeed?Congratulations to them both!

I know what you mean about the baseball. I am a huge Boston fan, and

while here on the west coast I wasnt up until the wee hrs, my heart

and blood pressure took a lot of hits the last couple of days! I

just wish I was going to be back there for the world series

itself..I arrive back home in MA Nov.1 to attend my grandparents

60th wedding anniv so I'll just miss the series. Would have been

great to watch the series with my grandpa, who is also a huge Boston

fan.

That is SO cool.

We are thinking of getting our oldest into that soon. Maybe when he is 4.

My husband is a black belt, and just loves kicking with him!
