Sorry I haven't posted for a while. Mitch - you are doing a fantastic

job. The way you are losing - you are making me jealous (lol). NOT!!!

We are all very proud of you.

Congrats to everyone who has lost, even if it was a small amount. I

lost .4 lbs last week, I just didn't feel up to par. Been pretty sick

this weekend, so I figure I will lose a little more. But enough of that.

I have been reading everyone's posts on sugar/flour products.

Well.....I admit to being a Chocoholic. However I have found ways to

get around that. Just by saying no - my choice, right? Anyway, I

just made a Honey Bunn Cake (4 pts per serving WWer style) and it

certainly looks good. Will let you all know the outcome.

I do, however, have a great recipe for the Peanut Butter lovers of the

world. Here goes (this has been given to me by my WWer leader who

loves peanut butter)

Peanut Butter Delites

Makes 12 - 1 pt per serving (each cupcake and/or muffin)

Line muffin pan with 12 liners.

Cream together 8 oz FF Cool Whip and 6 tablespoons reduced fat peanut

butter (or you can use creamy peanut butter). Mix well.

Divide out evenly and fill each muffin liner (will be about half way

full).

Drizzle each with 1/2 teaspoon of chocolate syrup (I used lite

chocolate syrup) (and don't cheat either!!!!)

Freeze.

Keep frozen, when you need a fix - pull out one and enjoy.
