Hi Marge,

Totally understand how you feel.

Ever since last week when I had an outing for lunch with some girls

from work and then found my favorite sausage in the store on sale and

made it my dinner and the next days lunch, I have just felt really

out of porportion. I had saw the scale jump up like 5 lbs. I did s

ee it go down for a day or two but it looks like it came back. I

have been so lazy the last week or so to do any excersize. Just feel

like sitting and meditating abit. Anyone else ever get like that?

Maybe I will pull myself together in about an hour or two here and

get to the gym for a great workout or take a walk around my

neighborhood and maybe visit the neighborhood park and make it an

hour walk. Feel like I have to. My eating has been very normal.

Just not very active.

Marge, I wonder what made u lose first then regain right away. You

think it may have been extra calories the 2nd week?

plan. The first week I lost three pounds and was so psyched. This

week I went back up to my original weight :-(

following my eating plan. I guess, for a while, I need to not take

that one day off. Maybe I can up the exercise too. I've been

slacking off a little, not walking yesterday because it poured all

day.

come after a few weeks of successes, lol. XXXMarge

Marge,

It happens to us all at some point! I think your ideas about maybe

upping the exercise and maybe not taking the day off might help...I

have a Sansone tape for days I can't get out, and that way I

still get a walk in...I allow myself a treat now and again, but this

new way of eating and living in general is so ingrained in me now

that its just a treat, not a cheat, and I am right back to what I

know will be the correct choices right after. We are here to listen

when you need to talk, please let us know how we can help.

Don't be disappointed!!!! If you are following the healthy plan then

you will see results. My weight goes up 3 pounds and down 3

sometimes in the same day. It could be water retention, muscle gain

a million reasons. Seriously I know this and the scale does bother

me so I only weigh myself once a month because otherwise I get upset.

Just continue doing what you are doing......maybe if you feel you are

slacking off fix that. Keep your chin up you will get there.
