Guest guest
I ALWAYS go down several then go back up to where I was, then go back down a few lower than I was and level off. If you look at my daily waieing graph it looks like a long wavey line that slowly goes downward. Very predictable, very normal for me. When I am at a platue and suddenly my weight goes up by 2 or 3 pounds and I'm still doing well - I get excited because I know that that is just a peak in a 'wave' on my graph and that it means it's getting ready to go down. I hope this make some sence. It's hard to discribe. But I'd like to suggest that you, everyone really, start a graph. Just take a paper and draw lines going sideways and downwards. on each line going down, at the top of the paper, put the dates (daily, weekly, monthly - however often you weigh in, starting with the round about date of your highest weight ever)...then down along the side, where the lines go across the paper start the Pounds numbers with your highest weight ever (then you get to see that big drop from where you wee to now - love it!) It doesn' t amtter if you lok at your chart by daily, weekly, or monthly - the pattern seems to be the same....once you get enough info charted you'll see the pattern. I think it would really help to know your pattern.
