I'm sending this out to the list just in case someone on here tried to

sign me up for the Humorama site..... I keep getting " you've signed up

for Humorama " , when I didn't and don't want it at all. Either way, if

someone on the list did, you must still have the virus. I haven't been

to the site yet to read all about it but will.

What is trying to subscribe your address is the Klez worm on someone

else's computer. It uses email

spoofing to randomly pick a To: address, in this case, my subscribe

address. Then it picks another random address, your address, from the

infected computer's hard drive for the From: address.

If you aren't familiar with the damage this worm is doing, here is the

link to the information at Symantec.com. Be sureto read the section on

email spoofing:

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.klez.genmm (DOT) html

I will ban your address from the list, but until the person with the

virus cleans it off their computer, you will still receive email from my

server, this time saying that you cannot signup for the newsletter. That

is the best I can do.
