Guest guest
Kendall, It is funny how some employers don't show how much they appreciate you until you want to leave....... good luck. I hope things work out. Get more from the Web. FREE MSN Explorer download : http://explorer.msn.com

Guest guest
Kendall, Looking forward to hearing what happens with this latest development. I am glad to hear they appreciate (and want to retain) your expertise. The fact that your boss is talking money says alot. I am keeping my fingers crossed it all works out in your favor. Guest guest
Kendall, Oh, they always do that, make the decision harder for you. Does this mean you would get more money, but be able to be home two days a week? That might not be bad. Isn't it funny how they wait until you have another offer to let you know how much they appreciate you and want you there. I know you will make the decision that is right for your family. Don't feel pressured into staying if that is not what you really want, or think you might enjoy the new job better. I know it is hard taking the chance and leaving though, that is always what scares me about jobs. Kim 39 weeeks
Guest guest
Vicki, We're not sure what Ross was trying to do (Who knows what goes through the mind of a 5 year old ?) I hope to hear something today on the job issue. Realisticly, I don't think I will be staying, but there sure would be some advantages (5 minutes to get to work instead of 45 and the ability to stay part time). We will just have to wait and see what if anything can do. I do feel a lot more appreciated knowing how much doen't want to loose me. Speaking of cake (and other sweets !), I came up w/ a lower fat/calorie version of s'mores while we were camping. I used chocolate graham crackers (which are actually lower fat and calorie than normal ones - go figure!) and a marshmallow and skipped the chocolate bar (hey, every little bit helps !). It was pretty tasty!! Just thought I would share that. Kendall > > > > Just had to share this ladies.
