Guest guest
Hello everyone. I am new to the list and months away from going on the LID diet. I am waiting for a second surgery to complete my thyroidectomy for Hurthle Cell Papillary cancer which I was told is very unusual. Anyone out there have experience with this varient? I am trying to get a good picture of the things I will and won't be able to eat. I have found a Fleischmann's margarine that is made with canola and is salt free and lactose free. Sounds perfect but it does have some soy lecithin but only 0.2%, This seems like an incredibly small amount when only a tablespoon or two would be used in a day. Anyone out there have an opinion or knowledge of whether this is acceptable? Rt Thyroidectomy and isthmusectom: Nov 28/02 Dx Hurthle Cell Papillary Carcinom: Jan 8/03 Pending completion thyroidectomy in April/02 and subsequent RIA
