Guest guest
I think we are very fortunate that Ben is covered under my husband's insurance and not mine. My husband works for a very large corporation and I think BC is reviewing this carefully because they want to keep this large customer happy. We never even tried to go down the appeal route. I just happened to get a call from one of the Wellness Coordinators at my husband's company, she just wanted to see how things were going with the baby. On the plus side to all of this, I think the employer is now going to try to educate new parents about the importance of tummy time and how to recognize plagiocephaly.
