I looked at this page, the " really good one " - it

is at the Hans Larsen Forum. And there I followed

the link provided by,

Now, Ella, I don't understand the purpose of your

message because at that page it says magnesium

chloride is one of " the best supplemental forms. "

Did you see this? This means it is good, right?

BTW, did you see that they sell,

>>Get Smart<< 313 mg 60 caps $34.95

I doubt very much that it works as the name implies,

for they are not dumb, they want to sell their other

stuff.

Fred I did not see the link to smart drugs and did not recommend it

as has been said many times we are all different and should find what works

for oneself I myself take Magnesium glycinate an amino acid chelate it

contains:

Magnesium amino acid chelate ... 560 mg

Providing elemental Magnesium ....100 mg

I have taken up to 6 caps a day to get my body saturated , and have backed

down to 4 a day now, because I do not eat many of the foods containing

magnesium.

On the other hand my husband takes mag citrate because he needs the laxative

effect the citrate provides for him.

It has calmed my heart and my afib is very mild now compared to when I was

on meds

when I would get fib every other day with World War 3 raging in my chest, I

have been off all meds for 3 years now.

I am also taking Nattokinase which works better than Warfarin (do a search)

or better yet buy Hans Larsens new book: Thrombosis and stroke prevention.

It has all the reasearch well referenced, and very valuable information for

all afibbers. I am 67 yo and never been on Warfarin but I take 6 grams of a

quality fish oil each day and eat only fresh food cooked from scratch.

Best to all ....... Ella
