Guest guest
Hi all, Am getting ready to admit Jake tomorrow and was printing meal plans. Much to my horror and surprise when I started editing my current menus (I'm upping calories), I noticed that one item on my current meal plans had the wrong values associated with it. It's the Kraft Deluxe American cheese, and as I was entering data, I noticed that on my menus, even though the item was listed correctly, the protein/fat/carb values were WAY off. Anyone else ever have this happen? I can't imagine what it was printing values for as it says the item correctly. Anyway, it figures out to a lower ratio for Jake, it's 2.5 instead of 2.8. Oops. Maybe that's my problem? Of course he eats cheese every meal. Hmmm. Anyway, heads up for everyone else, take a second look at what prints out... Guest guest
Had a similar thing here Barb - I am upping 's protein slightly, and started to redo all my mealpans over the weekend, and hello - when I started to put the new figures in, I saw had previously transferred the wrong goal amounts in from previous menu sheets from weeks and weeks ago. Trying at the mo to figure out which way he wuld have been over that time - too low or too high protein wise overall - pulling my hair out and losing the plot, so decided to read thru' some keto messages instead for a while Best of luck for tomorrow, will wait to hear how he goes when you get back home, ----- Original Message ----- > Hi all, > Am getting ready to admit Jake tomorrow and was printing meal plans.
