I may just order from Rainbow Meadow and let them worry about shipping with the HAZMAT problems. Nope not on there. You can ship (honest ask melody) 2 lbs of lye legally without hazemat as long as it is in a plastic container (appropriate for material) with a screw on lid. Guest guest Posted March 19, 2003 Report Share Posted March 19, 2003 Are you looking for people who have regained their ROM (range of motion) to 180 degrees or people who are stressing the joint? ROM is a soft tissue issue and their is nothing in a BHR to prevent you from doing the splits. The real question you want to ask is if this will come apart at the seams when you are stressing it. The answer to that so far has been 'no'. Also, there are a bunch of people on the list who do yoga.
