Guest guest
Hi Everybody, My son has Mild plagiocephaly. He was born with it, cause i was on bedrest for 5 weeks with limited positions. I have sucessfully repositioned him for the past 2 months. He is 5 mos. today! Please see pics in the folder. His ears are still a bit misaligned and he still has bossing in his front right forehead, but I am continuing to work with him. I am trying so hard to reposition him, as banding him would be alot of work, money, effort, discomfort.etc.. Things I am doing that are working: Heads up time Tummy Time Bumbo Seat Co sleeper now is on the opposite side of the bed so he lays on his good side Excersaucer grocery shopping in a sitting up position Hold him lots And I limit: Swing time bouncy seat time Carseat time Thanks for a wonderful sight with lots of information! Guest guest
Moab, Wow, great job on ear alignment correction for ! I'm very impressed; it's always helpful to have a photo record of what repo can accomplish to help encourage other parents trying repo. Thank you so much for posting his progress pictures. I don't really notice any marked asymmetry at the back of his head at all. I think he looks very good! The forehead bossing is minimal. Please keep us posted as you continue repositioning. Take care, Christie (Mom to Repo'd Remy) > > Hi Everybody, > > My son has Mild plagiocephaly. He was born with it, cause i was on > bedrest for 5 weeks with limited positions. Guest guest
Thank you.. Its funny, he thinks his name is Awwe because thats the first thing people say when they see him..LOL Anyways, I still see some bossing on the right front forehead, i cant seem to capture it just right on camera yet, i will keep trying to get the right angle, and post it for you to see. I let him sleep on the bossing forehead on his belly on my chest for naps once in awhile, I think that the pressure onto the bossing side may help push it back. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance, Moab > > > > Hi Everybody, > > > > My son has Mild plagiocephaly. He was born with it, cause i was on > > bedrest for 5 weeks with limited positions.
