Chicken soup question

Hi all!

I have a chicken soup question. My kids don't like it because it's

too watery. Prior to SCD I would add instant potato flakes in order

to thicken up the soup. Now I can't get them to eat it at all.

Any ideas of what to use to thicken it up that won't taste bad? I

don't think the mashed cauliflower would work - they don't like the

cauliflower. I was thinking of mushing up some chicken in the food

processor like baby food to try that, but am open to any other ideas...
