I can't quite get a handle on the following word in this sentence: Sometime in XXX the patient was found to have, by CT of the chest, a large peri-spinal mass in the thoracic lower **s/l plastic** spine area. Now, I know he is not saying " plastic spine area " LOL, but I can't figure out what it is! Anyone have a word I can listen for here? Thank you!
