Yeah Kallie

I'm not anti-carb at all, but I do find during my hungry periods that

they tend to set my hunger going. That's when I have to turn to peanut

butter, or smoothies in the morning...or peanut butter smoothies.

Something that is filling, but has protein in it. (I have protein powder

and that helps as well.) Oh, I also find if I SLOW my eating down during

this time it helps too. I can enjoy the food and by the time I'm done

with the snack or whatever I am not so hungry any more, where if I wolf

it down I'm still hungry.
