I joined WW in June and have " officially " lost 25.2 lbs.(Unofficially 30 lbs. I say officially because I actually started to count points a week before. My wife has been doing WW for almost 2 years and has been at goal for about 11 months. This spring I saw my weight quickly increasing due to stress eating, no portion control and snacking. I am about 6'1 " and was weighing 253 and gaining. With heart desease in my family I meekly asked my wife to sign me up because she is the " at work " WW coordinator. However I go to a different meeting, but Joyce goes with me for support. I have not designated my goal yet. I am thinking about 200 lbs, but will re-access when I get there. The charts say I should weigh between 185-189 but I haven't been there since high school. I journal faithfully using the WWCALC on my palm. I would be lost without it because I don't like the paper journal (my handwriting is terrible. Didn't like Flexpoints at firstbecause I thought I would gain, but I have been losing.
