Guest guest
I am also a member of Charlies Coloboma web group so if you are in that group please forgive me for the double posting. I wanted to share some information with parents with children with visual impairments. My son is 9 months old CHaRGEr and his vision at this time is so limited that he will not look at an object unless it has a light on it and even at that point he wants to look at the light that I am shining. Of Course I am working with him daily to try to get him to focus on other things. Although the TV has light he never looks at that either. s vision therapist informed me yesterday about a website for videos that are made for children with visual impairment. I just ordered a couple so I haven't tried them out yet. The website looked pretty good. I just wanted to share the web address with any of you parents if you are interested. If not I will let you know once I recieve them how they work out. http://www.babyscapes.com . Hope it helps others. mom to Beatiful Baby (9mos.
