, thanks so much for the info. I did buy her book but by printing out what

you sent, I can post it in my kitchen. I thought maybe I'd try it for a change

for a few weeks and see how I feel. Fruit would be nice for a change but then

again, I love my soy protein muffins with butter. Guess that's out. I guess

I'm getting a bit worried about what was on CNN and ABC and thought maybe I

should cut my fats a bit and eat more veggies and fruit. That ups the carbs so

we'll see. I just have to plan ahead and get started.

You're doing so well, keep up the good work.

Dear Jayne did CNN and ABC post one single fact??? did they cite any

scientific case studies???my entire family has been on Atkins for six years

now my parents and sister We all have High HDL low LDL and very low

triglicerides.. that stuff on is government propaganda did you go read the

article I posted?? the fats that are bad are hydrogenated fats.. however

there is nothing wrong with fruit in moderation and more veggies just watch

where you get your carbs from
