Guest guest
First bash aimed at the British Thyroid Association. http://www.british-thyroid-association.org/Fluoridation_jan06.pdf Second bash at the Endo at my local hosp (who I've never seen but advises by GP by telephone) who has apparently stated that if the TSH is very suppressed and the T4 very high (well above the top end of the range), it's OK as long as the patient is not losing weight. There is however, in his opinion, no point in testing the T3. This is the same endo who says it is OK for the T4 to be only just above the bottom end of the range regardless of how high the TSH. In neither case is any interest taken in how the patient feels. Well actually this patient is feeling fairly good right now so I have my heat proof gloves on.......bring on the boiling spaghetti....... This is beginning to feel a bit risque.........he he he __________________________________________________
