Dr. Ain says they're okay ... who's gonna argue :-)

I would agree that they're not.

That's another mystery LID category ... instant tea and coffee ....

I'd save that tea mix for after the diet

(BTW - I make iced tea by putting a few tea bags in a container of water, then

letting it sit out on the counter for a while. Not quite as instant as mixing

powder into water, but not a whole lot of work)

as long as there are no added ingredients that would be disallowed (salt, eggs

.....)

If it's premixed, sure. If' it's a mix, I'd avoid it (even though it's

probably fine)

absolutely!

Most oils sold as " vegetable oil " are a blend, usually including soy. I think

when " vegetable oil " is included in an LID recipe, that it's intended to be a

generic (non soy) oil from vegetables, as opposed

to " Vegetable Oil " . Or at least that's my take on it.

That's so weird, but a great reminder.

ALWAYS check all labels!

good luck with the diet, and with your upcoming scan -
