Double vision/heavy forearms

My mom is currently undergoing EBR daily post TT 10/18/02.

She is currently just past 1/2 way through the EBR, with 28 scheduled

and 15 complete.

She just suddenly started experiencing double-vision and her forearms

feeling " heavy " on Friday.

When she told the radiation/oncologist about it this morning, they

just scheduled her for a CAT scan of her brain this Wednesday. Mom

kind of thought she would be " funny " and said to him, " You don't

think the cancer broke loose from my neck and went to my brain, do

you " ? The response she got was " I sure hope not.. "

That absolutely floored me ! Of any reply I would expect her to get,

that would NOT be one of them..

Has anyone ever heard of anything like that happening or know if it

is something normally associated with EBR ??
