We order Unicap M through our CVS pharmacy, I would guess you could order it

through any pharmacy.

However, we recently switched to Centrum A-Z brand, because it was " more

complete " - just FYI. Maybe ask your dietician?

My son is 8 and around 53lbs.

We order Calcimix from the pharmacy too....it's made by R & D labs. It's calcium

carbonate powder capsules, they come 100 a jar and cost around $16 usually.

My son takes his vitamin crushed and mixed in his cream/oil drink - yes, gross.

We also add calcimix to cream/oil.

He does CalMazZincII every day along w/ the calcimix, just 8g of it mixed w/ one

calcimix capsule. It keeps him regular and hits his calcium requirements.

We have used Centrum Forte since we started the diet, 6 years ago, just

buy it at any pharmacy off the shelf. It does haver some carb to be

calculated in but we have been very happy with it
