Hi Trish. I'm Anne and I also live in RI. Regarding your chocolate

fix: On page 32 (or 34)of the THYCA LID Cookbook there is a recipe

for chewy oatmeal cookies. My husband made the batter for me and I

baked half the batch as directed. I usually take a few to eat at work

for breakfast. HOWEVER, with the other half of the batch I added

Hershey cocoa (plain cocoa -- nothing else listed in the ingredients)

to the batter and also added some chopped unsalted walnuts. Voila!

Chocolate oatmeal cookies! The batch makes quite a few cookies so I

put them in baggies and put them in the fridge and freezer. My TSH

may be high but I'm pretty sure my cholesterol level is going down

due to all the oatmeal! :) Good luck.
